Binod Agarwalla is a water and wastewater process specialist working for the Water Corporation for past 21 years. Â
Binod has been actively involved with ISWA for past 20 years and played significant roles at various times. He was the treasurer in the year 2010 â 2011 and secretary in the year 2011 â 2012. Some of his key achievements are:Â
Successfully managed Diwali Mela cultural programs for more than 5 occasions.Â
Successfully coordinated Diwali Mela at Perth City in 2015Â
Successfully coordinated Diwali Mela at Claremont Show Grounds in 2018Â
Initiated building fund from the surplus of Diwali Mela proceeds in 2010 which eventually grown and resulted in ISWAâs own home at 58 Burrendah Boulevard, Willetton.Â
 Binod is also actively involved in Indian Community Centre project since the beginning of the project and provided significant contribution and guidance for design development, methodology for project delivery, execution of different contracts, management of project documents and other activities as the project secretary. He is very proud to see Indian Communityâs dream is finally realized and the project completed. He believes that the work has not finished yet and willing to contribute in setting up a good building management process and establish a good governance for the successful operation of the Indian Community Centre.Â

Binod believes team work, transparency and selfless service for the community. He enjoyed the benefits from the Indian Society as a member and now is committed to provide selfless service to the community so that other can enjoy similar benefits.Â
