    Stall Definitions

    Food Stalls/Trucks - Allowed to sell all foods, drinks and other products only within the stall space.

    Holi

    No Stall is allowed to sell any food containing Pork or Beef

    Juice - Juices, Smoothies, Milkshakes etc. Coffee/Tea - Coffee and Tea of all kinds Cold or Hot

    Ethnic/Merchandise - Jewellery, clothing, footwear etc.

    Ice Cream - Soft serves, pre-made, ready to go, gelatos, golas.

    Not all battery operated merchandise or LED Operated goods are allowed as some are classified as toys, please check if in doubt

    Kulfi - Indian Flavours icecream and Almond Milk, Lassi.

    Business Stall - Promoting business services like accounting, finance, real estate, ether services and products etc.

    No Non - Food/Drinks Stalls are allowed to distribute any Food, Water, Drinks etc. at the event, nor are they allowed to bring their own unless a written permit is provided by the management.

    Colour Stall - Environment Friendly Colour Powder, Water Guns, Buckets and other goods which are water based (No Bubble guns)

    Popcorn & Fairy Floss - Flavoured Popcorns, Faity Floss

    Bubble Tea - Flavoured Bubble Teas (No Seperate Ice Cream, Tea)

    Sweets/Pan - All sort of sweets, Pan and Pan related foods

    Toys - All sort of battery operated, Neon, LED lights operated Toys

    Sugarcane/Soda - Sugarcane juice and Soda‘s

    All Food/Drinks stalls/trucks/vans are allowed to Sell Water, Cola Drinks like Coke, Pepsi, Red Bull etc.

    IF IN DOUBT, PLEASE ASK PRIOR TO BOOKING YOUR STALL RATHER THAN GETTING DISAPPOINTED LATER !



    What do we provide

    a. Table

    b. Chairs

    c. Power point connection grid.

    d. Only Marquee

    e. Council fees paid by the vendor

    f. Tarpaulin or necessary ground cover needs to be done by the food vendor

    g. Fire Extinguisher and Fire Blanket is the responsibility of the Vendor

    h. Water and other requirements under the food act and/or by the council is the responsibility of the vendor

    i. All compliances under the food act, local council or any other authroity is the responsibility of the vendor



    1. Water can only be sold at a maximum price of $2

    2. Food Vans/Trucks need to get their permits as well, Food vans don’t have access to electrical point

    3. The stalls will be allocated only after approval of application by Holi Organising Committee.

    4. The location of stalls/vans will be allocated based on first come first serve basis. This is based on the full payment of stall hired, received by ISWA along with the stall booking. No additional bond / security is required.

    5. Strictly no refunds are issued to anyone who is unable to hold the stall.

    6. Stall holders are not permitted to make any announcements on the stage for any reason whether it is prize announcement or giveaways.

    7. Food items for sale must be properly covered and handled in accordance with the health standards as applicable. Stall/van holders will have to abide by the rules and regulations issued by Government/Local Council.

    INSURANCES

    8. All Vendor for the event period shall effect and maintain current insurance and provide certificates of currency set out here under: Workers Compensation Public & Product Liability a sum not less than $10,000,000

    9. The Licensee will provide a copy of current public liability insurance and workers compensation cover as well as maintaining their equipment to Australian standards. This includes being informed of any changes to industry regulations as they occur.

    RUBBISH DISPOSAL

    10. Adequate arrangement shall be made for the storage and frequent removal of garbage generated inside and outside the food stall. It is the Vendor's responsibility to remove all rubbish from the site to larger bins and rake over prior to leaving the site.

    11. No cooking oil is to be left at any site, in any bins or poured/leaked onto the ground under any circumstances.

    12. The Licensee's designated site is to be left in a clean and orderly manner.

    13. Your unit must have minimal impact on the environment and be kept clean and tidy at all times. It is each Licensees individual responsibility to clean their site/surrounding area before vacating.

    14. All non food vendors should assure that all the rubbish around their stall should be disposed off in the bins provided at event site.

    15. Seller must maintain the temperature (Hot / Cold) of the food after preparation. All required equipment shall be arranged by seller.

    16. All food must be stored at least 150 mm above the floor.

    17. Stall/van holders are responsible to bring in power boards in order to be able to connect multiple gadgets. Please note that power point will not be capable to supply load of hot plate. Please use Gas Bottles for heating and Cooking.

    18. Food stall/Food van holders should honour food coupons issued to Holi organisers and 100% of the cost of the coupons will be reimbursed.

    19. All hirers are required to attend pre-event meeting if arranged.

    20. The stall holder occupies and uses the stall at the stall holder’s sole risk. The stall holder releases to the full extent the Event Organizers / societies from and against all claims and demands of any kind and from any liability which may arise because of any accident, damage, death or injury to any person or property due to the items they sell and in or around the stall.

    21. Stall/van holders are required to set up their stall 1 hour before start of the event. The stall must be operational from start to finish of the event and ensure the stall is vacated at appropriate time as addressed by claremont showgrounds. Failing to vacate stall will attract additional administrative and power charges as decided by Holi Organising committee.

    22. Stalls not occupied in time can be allotted to others by Holi without refunding the stall charges.

    23. Soft drinks, power drinks, health drinks, tea, coffee, Lassi, Faluda, ice cream, Kulfi, water bottles, other approved beverages and any other packed or un-packed food items are allowed to be sold at the approved Food-stalls/Food vans only.

    24. Please bring in your own trolley to carry the goods to the stall to avoid congestion and delays.

    25. No music or audio in any format shall be played in any stalls. All electrical equipment must be tested and tagged.

    26. All food stalls/food vans must organise their own power source.

    27. Abide by any other conditions, which may be imposed by the Holi Organising Committee for safety and smooth operation of the stalls and the event.

    28. Stall holder found negligent of the above conditions should vacate the stall immediately and the stall fee will not be refundable.

    29. Water can only be sold a maximum price of $2

    30. Non Food Stall holders are not allowed to sell any Food or Drinks items, neither can distribute any food or drinks for free to public also the colours and waters guns etc. is restricted to the approved vendor
