Terms and Conditions for Toys Stalls
- Permitted Items:
- Toys stalls are allowed to sell various types of toys, including battery-operated, neon, and LED light-operated toys, as long as they comply with safety standards.
- Only approved toy items are permitted for sale.
- Prohibited Items:
- Toys classified as hazardous or unsafe for children, or items that do not meet event standards, are strictly prohibited.
- Any merchandise that does not align with the approved list provided by the Holi Organising Committee will not be allowed.
- Setup and Operation:
- Stallholders must set up their stall at least one hour before the event begins and ensure it is operational throughout the event.
- All activities, including demonstrations and promotions, must remain within the designated stall space.
- Safety and Compliance:
- All toys must meet Australian safety standards and should be safe for use by children.
- Stallholders must ensure that items requiring batteries are sold with necessary safety precautions and clear instructions.
- Cleanliness and Waste Management:
- Stallholders are responsible for keeping their stall and the surrounding area clean and tidy.
- All packaging materials and waste must be properly disposed of in the bins provided at the event site.
- Liability and Responsibility:
- Stallholders are solely responsible for the safety and functionality of the toys they sell.
- The Holi Organising Committee is not liable for any claims, damages, or injuries resulting from the use of products sold at the stall.
- Refund and Stall Allocation:
- Stallholders are not entitled to refunds if they fail to operate their stall or do not meet the terms and conditions.
- Stalls not occupied in time may be reallocated by the committee without a refund.
- Compliance with Event Management:
- The Holi Organising Committee reserves the right to inspect and approve all items sold at the stall.
- Any violations of these terms or event rules may result in immediate eviction without refund.
