Terms and Conditions for Political Party Promotion Stalls
1. Eligibility and Booking
- Only registered political parties or authorized representatives may book a promotion stall.
- A valid identification document and party authorization must be provided during the booking process.
2. Stall Usage Guidelines
- The stall must be used strictly for promoting political ideologies, distributing informational materials, or engaging with the public.
- Sale of merchandise is prohibited unless prior approval is obtained from the event organizers.
- No distribution of food, drinks, or beverages is allowed at the political promotion stall.
3. Display and Advertising Restrictions
- All promotional materials, banners, and decorations must remain within the designated stall space.
- Loudspeakers, public announcements, or any sound amplification systems are prohibited unless authorized by the event organizers.
- Display content must adhere to community standards and must not contain hate speech, defamatory content, or content that may incite violence or discrimination.
4. Conduct at the Stall
- Stall representatives must behave professionally and respectfully towards all attendees, other stallholders, and event organizers.
- Aggressive campaigning, harassment, or obstructing event pathways will result in immediate stall closure without a refund.
- Any disputes arising during the event must be immediately reported to the event management team.
5. Prohibited Activities
- Distribution of cash, gifts, or any material perceived as electoral bribery is strictly forbidden.
- Any form of protest or rally is not allowed within the event premises.
- Political propaganda targeting specific individuals, religious groups, or other political parties is prohibited.
6. Safety and Compliance
- All stalls must comply with fire safety regulations and local health and safety guidelines.
- Electrical appliances or other hazardous materials are not permitted unless pre-approved by the organizers.
7. Liability and Damages
- The event organizers are not responsible for any theft, damage, or loss of materials at the stall.
- Any damage caused to event property or other stalls by the political promotion stall representatives will be charged to the responsible party.
8. Event Cancellation and Force Majeure
- If the event is canceled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, the organizers will communicate any changes and refund stall fees at their discretion.
9. Agreement
- By booking a political promotion stall, the party representative acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions. Non-compliance will lead to penalties, including immediate stall closure without a refund.
