Terms and Conditions for Colour Stalls
- Permitted Items:
- Colour stalls are allowed to sell environment-friendly color powders, water guns, buckets, and other water-based goods.
- Only approved items for Holi celebrations, such as color powders, are allowed.
- Prohibited Items:
- Selling or distributing non-approved items such as bubble guns or colors that are not eco-friendly is strictly prohibited.
- Colour stalls cannot sell food, drinks, or beverages without written approval from the event management.
- Setup and Operation:
- Stalls must be set up at least one hour before the event begins and remain operational until the event concludes.
- All promotional activities must be confined within the allocated stall space.
- Safety and Compliance:
- All colors and goods sold must adhere to safety and environmental standards. Toxic or non-biodegradable materials are not permitted.
- Stallholders must comply with any additional rules imposed by the Holi Organising Committee to ensure a safe and smooth event.
- Cleanliness and Waste Management:
- Stallholders are responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of their stall area.
- All rubbish, including packaging and discarded materials, must be disposed of in bins provided at the event site.
- Responsibility:
- Stallholders must maintain the safety of their products and operations. Any damage or harm caused by their goods will be their sole responsibility.
- Compliance with Management:
- The Holi Organising Committee reserves the right to inspect and approve all items sold at the stalls.
- Any violations of these terms may result in immediate eviction without a refund.
