Welcome to ISWA Member Portal. Let’s get started, following the steps below:

1. First time users, please start by a reset of your password. Do check your spam folder in case you don’t receive your password in your inbox. If you do not remember your registered email, please write a request email to secretary@iswa-perth.org
2. Once you reset the password, you will receive an email on your registered email address to confirm that you’ve requested for a password reset. This step is to prevent any potential fraudulent activity. Please confirm by clicking a link in the email.
3. Once you confirm a system generated password will be emailed to you on your registered email address.
4. Please login with the new password and click “Profile details”.
5. You may see a number of blank fields. Please add /modify your personal details and save changes.
6. You can change your password in the “Profile details” section.
