I understand that my final advertisement video must be uploaded on or before 18 October 2026.
I understand that the video must not exceed 1 minute.
I understand that the video submission folder is shared and other participants with access may be able to view my video but cannot edit or delete it.
Conditions
I confirm that my advertisement is suitable for a family and community event.
I confirm that I have permission to use all logos, images, music and video content included in my advertisement.
I understand that ISWA reserves the right to reject inappropriate content or request changes before displaying the advertisement.
I understand that a specific screening time, sequence or position cannot be guaranteed.
I understand that advertisements will be scheduled according to ISWA’s event and operational requirements.
I understand that fees are non-refundable once my advertisement has been accepted and scheduled, except if ISWA decides not to display the advertisement.
I understand that ISWA is not responsible for interruptions caused by technical issues, weather or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
I confirm that all information and claims contained in my advertisement are accurate and that I am responsible for the submitted content.
