Stall Registration Terms & Conditions

1. Stall allocations are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Each stall category has a maximum number of available spots.
2. Once the allocated number of stalls in a particular category is reached, any further registrations will be placed on a waiting list.
3. If a place becomes available, stalls will be offered to applicants on the waiting list in order of registration.
4. If we are unable to accommodate a waiting list applicant, the registration fee will be fully refunded.
5. Except in the above circumstance, all registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred.
6. Submission of the registration form and payment confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions.
