All participating associations are required to have an engaging activation or interactive activity for visitors. Examples include kids’ activities, photo booths, STEM activities, cultural demonstrations, games, craft activities, quizzes, or other interactive experiences.

Stalls must be used to promote the organisation, community, language or cultural activities.
3m × 3m free stalls are for promotion and community engagement only. No sales are permitted.
All participating organisations are required to provide an interactive activation or activity for visitors.
Registered organisations are responsible for providing their own promotional materials, display items and activation materials.
All stallholders must comply with event guidelines and venue requirements.
Further information regarding stall setup, access, timings and allocated spaces will be provided to approved stallholders.
